Refund and cancellation policy

Which purchases this covers

• The Selection Pass, the Focus Pass and the Sprint Pass, whatever price you paid (launch seat, sale, coupon or referral price). The refund is the amount you actually paid.
• Group packs: refundable on the same terms as long as none of the gift codes has been redeemed. Once a friend has redeemed a code, the pack cannot be refunded.
• Free days from referrals, gift codes or error rewards have no cash value and are not refundable.
• If you upgraded from a monthly to a yearly pass with upgrade credit, the credit counts as used: a refund of the yearly pass returns what you paid for it, and the monthly payment is not refunded a second time.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email blogmatrix.in@gmail.com from the email you used to buy.
2. Include your order number from the receipt (or the payment date and amount).
3. We confirm eligibility and start the refund within 2 working days.

When the money arrives

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Cashfree. UPI refunds usually arrive within 2–3 working days; cards and netbanking take 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

What happens to your pass

Access from the refunded order ends when the refund is made. Any referral reward earned from that order is cancelled. Your practice history stays in your account.

Cancellations

Passes are prepaid and never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. If a payment fails or is cancelled, no money is taken and any seat held for you is released after a few minutes. If money left your account but the pass did not activate, it activates automatically within a few minutes once the payment gateway confirms the payment; otherwise contact us and we will fix it or refund in full.

Duplicate or wrong payments

If you were charged twice or paid by mistake, tell us and we will refund the extra payment in full, outside the rules above.
